REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All Convalaxaa products are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital products and download/access links can be accessed or copied immediately after purchase, all purchases are final.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. Please review your product, price, and order details carefully before completing checkout.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns of digital products.

REFUNDS

All sales are final and we do not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the product description, or inability to use a product because of device, software, account, or compatibility limitations that were reasonably disclosed on the product page.

If you receive a broken, inaccessible, or materially incorrect digital product, contact us at convalaxaa@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of the problem.

We may investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file, corrected access, or another reasonable resolution.

We reserve the right to review exceptional cases involving duplicate charges, technical delivery failures, or errors attributable to Convalaxaa.
