DIGITAL DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

Convalaxaa sells digital products only. We do not ship physical products.

DELIVERY

After successful payment, your digital purchase is delivered electronically through our digital delivery system. Depending on the product and checkout flow, download access may be provided on the order confirmation/Thank You page and/or sent to the email address used for the order.

DELIVERY TIME

Digital products are normally available immediately after successful payment. In some cases, delivery may be delayed by payment processing, technical issues, or email delivery.

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

No physical item will be shipped to you. You will not receive a physical package, tracking number, or postal delivery.

DOWNLOAD ACCESS

Please use the email address entered at checkout and keep your order confirmation. If you cannot access your files, contact convalaxaa@gmail.com with your order number and the email used for the purchase.
